Club5 Ski Classics under new Management
A new management was elected during the last Club5 meeting, which took place on 26 September on the occasion of the FIS Autumn Meetings in Zurich.
The proposal of the Club5 Board to divide the position of the previous general manager Hannes Huter into two positions was unanimously accepted. Peter Willen from Adelboden was proposed as general manager for the administrative work and Herman Kralinger from Kitzbühel as treasurer for the financial aspects of the association. Both were elected unanimously. Peter Willen resigns as vice president. This position will remain vacant until the next election.
Club5 president Srecko Medven and vice presidents Peter Fischer and Rainer Senoner held their traditional reports and the respective representatives of the OC's reported on the novelties for the coming racing season.
Also presented were the New Uniformed Accommodation Costs Calculation form by Jan Überall and the Media Activity Plan by Claudia Rifesser.
This was followed by the presentation of the two candidate locations for the 2019 Club5 Workshop. Crans Montana and Zagreb presented the locations and the programs. Zagreb got the most votes, so the workshop will take place in Cavtat (Croatia) before the 2019 FIS Spring Sessions.
The annual financial statement and the budget were presented. Results for the year were positive.
