Club 5 Ski Classic mourns the loss of its friend and manager Hannes Huter
69-year-old Hannes was well known and loved in the Club 5 and World Cup ski family around the world. Since 1986 he has been Executive Officer of the Kitzbühel Ski Club and since 2005 General Manager of Club 5 Ski Classic. As the contact person for international relations in the ski world, Hannes Huter, in his role as Secretary General of Club 5, first worked alongside President Viktor Gertsch from Wengen and subsequently for 10 years alongside the current President Srecko Medven from Kranjska Gora.
It is a very sad moment for us, because we all had not only a strong collegiality with Hannes but also an intimate friendship.
Our sincere compassion goes out to his family. From the bottom of our hearts we wish them strength in this difficult time.
We will miss him very much and he will stay in our hearts forever.
The funeral service will take place on Friday, 6th July at 2.30 pm in the parish church in Kitzbühel.
